Myth: Regular trims will help hair grow faster.
Truth: While trims don’t speed up hair growth, they are a great way to relieve your hair of split ends.
Myth:Split ends can be cured with any conditioner, serum etc.
Truth: The only way to rid your hair of split ends is to cut them!
Myth:Having an oily scalp means you shouldn’t use conditioner.
Truth:Your hair needs it! If you have an oily scalp, opt for a clarifying shampoo, as well as a lightweight conditioner.
Myth:The more suds your hair produces, the cleaner your hair will be.
Truth:There are shampoos free of surfactants that are just as effective and don’t produce as many suds.
Myth: Hair products from the drugstore are just as good as salon products.
Truth: In this case, you get what you pay for is the motto, salon products contain higher quality ingredients.
